The Olive Court Project is in a position to wink at the Mediterranean. Yeniboğaziçi started to be built on uneven terrain that is closely related to Salamis forests.
The concept of the project is unique and always designed with the natural spirit always in the foreground. In this project, which will accommodate different lifestyles, which I see as a large-scale intervention, architectural masses were associated with each other in the form of horizontal platforms in order to provide continuity and integrity.
The common areas were again designed with long pools and green spaces that developed horizontally to connect all the masses of life.
With its new and ambitious contemporary approaches to Mediterranean architecture, the concepts of privacy and socialization have been skillfully adapted in the project, which has been planned and designed to accommodate all local and environmental values in detail.
